These Terms govern site access, account registration, games, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, verification, responsible gambling controls and support. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them.

Eligibility and one account rule

You must meet the legal gambling age, act for yourself and provide accurate details. One player may hold one account unless we approve otherwise in writing. Keep credentials private and update contact details promptly.

Verification and source of funds

We may request identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence. We can restrict deposits, bonuses, play or withdrawals while a review remains open. False, edited or third-party documents breach these Terms.

Deposits and account balance

Use a payment method that belongs to you. The cashier shows available routes and limits. Failed deposits, reversals, chargebacks and duplicate transactions can lead to balance correction and account review. Deposited funds may need to be wagered before withdrawal to prevent payment misuse.

Withdrawals

Responsible gambling

Use limits, cooling-off or self-exclusion when play stops being affordable entertainment. Self-exclusion overrides marketing preferences and account access for the selected period.

Complaints and disputes
